Visa information
Travelers to Vietnam are required to hold a passport valid for at least six (06) months beyond the completion of their visit and must contain a valid visa except for citizens of countries having bilateral agreements on visa exemption with Vietnam such as most Asian countries, Korea, Japan, and Scandinavian countries.
According to requirement from the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam, the participants of the ITC Specialist Seminar must hold visa for conference purpose. Therefore, for a visa issue please contact us for a formal invitation letter. The invitation letter will be send to the Vietnamese embassy in your country, where you have to apply for the visa. Normally, the travel agency will take care of this.
Travel information
The nearest airport to Hoi An is Da Nang (DAD) International Airport - 30 km. From Da Nang airport we offer a pickup service to Hoi An.
For international attendees we recommend Vietnam Airlines. They offer e.g. a flight from Frankfort to Ho Chi Minh City and the connecting flight to Da Nang for 733 Euro + Tax in the Economy Class or for 1180 Euro + Tax in the Deluxe Economy Class (booking in January). Besides Vietnam Airlines, Lufthansa, Air France, and Singapore Airlines offer flights from Europe (approx. 1200 Euro).

B. Connecting flight through Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City:
If you can not take direct flights either from Bangkok or Singapore, you can make a short transit to/from Da Nang via Hanoi/Noi Bai International Airport or Ho Chi Minh City/Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

C. Connecting flight to Da Nang for passengers who arrive in Ha Noi or Ho Chi Minh
Arrival in Ha Noi: After finish procedures at Immigration and Custom counters, exit the arrival hall and you will go upstairs for domestic flight departure hall. Check the screens for counter of your flight to Da Nang and make check - in procedures and get your boarding pass at these counters. Kindly take note that check-in procedures should be finished 30 minutes before departure time.
Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City: After finish procedure at Immigration and Custom counters, exit the arrival hall and you will turn left and look for domestic flight departure hall. Check the screens for counter of your flight to Da Nang and make check - in procedures and get your boarding pass at these counters. Kindly take note that check-in procedures should be finished 30 minutes before departure time.
In case you book air ticket with us and do not need overnight in Ha Noi or Ho Chi Minh City before take flight to Da Nang, please look for your name on signboard at international arrival hall and our staff will handle ticket to you. Our staff will escort you to domestic depart hall and assist you in check . in for flight to Da Nang.
D. Transfer from Danang airport to Hoi An:
The transfer from Danang Airport to most hotels in Hoi An takes approximately 45 minutes by coach or minivan.
